Garbage thrown outside Building premises

Dear Madam,

In connection with the captioned matter, I on behalf of my building, Ravindra Bhavan (located at Dr Ambedkar Road, Khar (W)) members would like to draw your kind attention to the filthy environment in your constituency. The footpath by our building gate has been used to throw garbage by the nearby hut residents, which made the place highly unhygienic and also a breeding ground for mosquitoes including malarial parasites. In fact one of the member of our society has already suffered due to the garbage thrown there and was admitted to hospital for sever malarial fever.

We had in the past complained about this to the Municipal corporation vide complain dated June 6, 2007, 720014852 / C/0 – H/W. However, no action has taken since then. The problem is that the garbage is thrown from around 6pm n the evening and by around 10 pm there is a huge pile of garbage lined up and the same is alongwith rats, mosquitoes and everything that could breed on it. We have to keep all the windows closed due to the stink that it generates and to save ourselves from the mosquitoes.

As a follow-up to the complain, we also visited your office, however could not meet you as you were busy in a meeting. Nevertheless we did submit a written request to redress our problems with your secretary and she had instantly spoken to certain people who had promised us to get this problem resolved by sending NDA squad personnel to monitor the area and check on the garbage being thrown. After the discussion at your office, we had spoken to Mr Waghmare and Mr Deshmukh, on several occasions as no NDA personnel were sent nor did the garbage throwing stopped. However, till date no action has been taken.

We request you to please take time from your busy schedule and look into the matter. In case you could visit our locality then it would be really nice as you could then realize the suffering we are going through due to this problem. Would appreciate if you could please look into the matter and help us with the same. We shall be please to help you in this regard in any manner possible.

I Mrs.Basar Shabana Feroz appointed as SEO[Special Executive Officer] by Govt.of maharashta is bringing you a letter about my husband.
Most respectfully, I approach your kind honor to relieve me from miserable condition due to denial of justice to my husband by the Railway administration coupled with my family members prolonged sickness by issuing favourable directions to Central Railway administration.

Though, I do not desire to enroach upon your valuable time and busy schedule, I most respectfully wish to place my grievance in brief for appreciation.

1) My husband Shri Feroz Ismail was engaged as Casual Labour on daily rate in MTP
{MUMBAI} C.Rly on 19/3/1987 and brought on monthly rate on 13/3/1988.
2) He was working as MR Mason in MTP {MUMBAI} since 2/2/1989.
3) He was screened for permanent posting as Mason by DRM CSTM vide his letter
NO. BB/P/182/Eng/Absorption/MR/ART dated 6/3/1997 and was posted against
work charged post in construction (Class-III).
4) However, without advising him about screening for absorption in Class-IV category
and without sending him for such screening and without attending such screening his
name was forcibly included in the screening list for Class-IV category an made
entries in his service Register.
5) This whole Issue was represented through recognized Union of C.Rly. i.e. National
Railway Mazdoor Union to whom also admn. had not replied giving the position
stated under item 4 and mainted their stand.
My humble submission is that the administration should produce documentary
evidence about calling him, sending him and attended by him in the screening conducted
for absorption in Class-IV category.

On the contary, Railway administration had issued a letter dated 6/3/1997 absorbing
him in Class-III category (Ref. Letter NO. and dated in para (3) but not implemented.

This blatant injustice made serious effect on his health and he became a multi-disease person, i.e. high Blood Pressure, Diabetes and heart problem. Ultimately, he was operated for major bypass in Jaslok Hospital in Nov 2006.

My miseries compounded with serious stomach operation of my old mother in law, serious kidney trouble of my son aged 16 years who requires constant indoor treatment which is not available in Railway hospitals, serious condition of myself undergoing treatment for critical aliments.
Even in these adverse circumstances, he have helped many including Railway officials in getting adequate and timely blood supply.

My husband had earned number of Awards from administration for best performances.

He was honored at the hands of Hon'ble Ministers for Parlimantary Affairs Shri Prithvirajaji Chavan on 26th September 2006 with "Sarvodaya Manavata Seva Purascar” for his exemplary work of assisting the bomb blast victims in reaching nearest hospitals, collecting valuable belonging of victims and de-posting them with Station Manager Santa Cruz which otherwise would have disappeared.

I most humbly and sincerely pray you kind self to remove the injustice done to my husband with your gracious order to regularly promote him in Class-III post as per the C.Rly. Administration's letter dated 6/3/1997.

Dear Priya hello and god bless u and your family for the great work.i am a resident of 32nd rd , i would like to get to your notice that we have been facing a lot of prob on this road during the monsoon as the drains are clogged with mud and cement its a major problem for all of the people gong out of the building as water floods even if it rains for 20 min plz plz kindly tell the bmc to get us out of this problem as u are aware kids from the schools on 24 th road use this as their access to linkig road plz do the needful and oblige
