Overground Metro rail on Linking road, Mumbai
I lodge my protest against the OVERGROUND metro rail passing on Linking Road. I am of the opinion that the hidden/undisclosed costs - be it dislocation from their homes or the loss of business & property etc. - have not been taken account of while calculating the project costs. Hence, an underground Metro rail line is better option even when it appears more expensive than the over the ground option announced by Govt.
The metro rail project is FOR the people and should not be turned AGAINST the same people.

we stand by dutt's sahab's laadli..
Ma'am a v.warm hi ! i've been an ardent fan of DUTT SAHAB ever since my childhood more so bcz i was told more about his social service than his acting as i was not exposed to films,and i have grown up taking inspirations frm sahab's good work,it was my burning desire to meet him in person and take his blessing's,today with his charasmatic persona and great humaniterian work not just for his constituency but he's set many examples across the globe,i feel blessed that today iam living under the hon'able dutt's sahab's daughter's constituency and iam proud of you PRIYAji that you have contineued the good work started by sahab,ma'am too much is said about the brand GANDHI but this is my personal choice and iam sure majority will agree with me dutt sahab is on par with the legends of politics and social service for the nation,as a resident of north-west ward i do have certain issues which i want to bring into ur consideration but as just today i came to know about ur website i wanted to get connected to my favourite dutt's..my best wishes are with you.

I congratulate you about your this transperent initiative. You have declared the details of the utilisation of MP funds on your site. You are also publishing the views and feedbacks fro m the users on your site. I can read some of them are the complaints but still they are on your site. This is very transperent and good initiative. I am not sure if you have passed through the area opposite the Ali Y.Jung Hospital near the MTNL office in Bandra West in the mornings.It is an embarassment. Please provide the people and the Kids with some sanitation facilities !

Employment for the physically challenged
Hi Priya,
It so happened that today I seen you campaigning for the North-East constituency in Manipada, Kalina - which has encouraged me to write in.
I am an R.J. with a radio station in the community of Kalina. We are promoting and encouraging people to vote this Election 2009 using the radio broadcast medium.
There are some callers, especially one caller who is visually handicap in both his eyes. He called me to tell me why he does not want to vote this elections.
He says, that he is unemployed and unable to find a job. His application, always goes rejected.
It’s really sad and stressful looking at his plight. And, I am simply unable to do anything to help him.
Can you in some way try to convince him on why he should vote this election and assure him of a secure job.

as i spoke 2 u on phone regarding,contituency of Nawab Malik both kurla-East& west,that is fort of nawab malik where 30 to 40 thousand muslim&dalit are present they r congress voters,but now because of our negligance we may loose 70% vote share,BSP Candidate Bhaijaan he is spoiling congress vote bank from kurla area,so i request u that we have to do lot of hardwork over here dont avoid it take it seriously,thank you & all the best.my cellno-9323943007.
