Youth Affairs
India today is poised at being one of the youngest countries in the world, with a population of well over the 50 crore in the youth category. This is an immense resource if channelised correctly. Today this youth power is being seen as one of our countries greatest resources. Global compaies are reconising this fact, and are rushing to our shores.

Great impetus must be put in this area of youth development, and I intend to make this of prime importance in the North-West Constituency. I will initiate programs centered on youth development, self empowerment and education.
Infrastructure development
The first steps towards bettering the lives of the citizens of the North-West district will be refining infrastructure within our area. If elected, this will be of major concern to me and my team. An elaborate plan will be set up by me, with serious deadlines and priorities. Under the umbrella of a development plan, we will look into Roads, water supply drainage, sanitation, health care and transport.

Women's Welfare
Being a woman, it becomes my moral responsibility to address the issue of women’s welfare. Aimed primarily at the under-privileged segment of my constituency, a specific cell will be set up to empower, protect and guide the women of this constituency. Women form the backbone of our social structure, and I will do everything in my power to strengthen this backbone.

Sports & Recreation
Ironically, a fun thing like sports needs to be taken more seriously. A special appeal will go out to eminent sports men of the N-W to contribute in any way towards the development of sports in our area. I will initiate measures to improve sporting facilities, and make them more accessible to every strata of society.

Interpersonal Relationships
To me, a successful functioning government is one in which every part of the machinery is functioning simultaneously and at a steady pace. My efforts will be to improve the coordination and communication of the various arms of government through my office to provide for a smooth functioning and accessible machine.

Peace & Communal Harmony
Following in the footsteps of my beloved father, Mr. Sunil Dutt, Peace and communal harmony are the fundamentals of my philosophy. Efforts to propagate the same will continue in everyway I can, not only in my constituency, but the country and world at large.

Civic Sense
This is an area close to my heart, one if achieved, will change the face of how we live in a social environment. The ALM's in my area’s have already demonstrated that personal involvement works in generating a cleaner & greener environment. Education in basic sense will ensure we maintain these standards of living.
